School Tour

On May 13th Fourth Class visited Explorium  National Sport and Science Centre in Sandyford, Dublin. We had an amazing day.

Cherry Blossoms

We are learning about Japan in Geography. Cherry Blossom is a popular tree grown there. We painted some beautiful cherry blossom branches.

We are tennis lessons with Scott every Thursday. It is great fun learning a new sport.

Woolly Webs

We made woolly webs use wool and needles. It was tricky work but we soon got the hang of it.

Carnevale Masks

Carnevale is celebrated in Italy on Shrove Tuesday. Masks are worn at the festival. We made and decorated our own masks.

We are learning about rocks in Science.
We painted some exploding volcanoes.

Zumba

We took part in lots of fun activities for Well Being Week. Check out our moves in the Zumba Class we had outside.

Dave Rudden Visit

The author Dave Rudden visited our school.  He talked to the 3rd to 6th Class in the hall on Monday and we had a writing workshop with him in our classroom on Tuesday.

Aladdin Show

M and M Theatrical Productions visited our school and put on an amazing performance of  Aladdin.
The energy and enthusiasm the cast exuded was contagious and grabbed our attention from start to finish.
