Easter Attendance Awards
Well done to Dzesmina, Veronika and Blessing. They have been at school every day since Christmas.
Proclamation Day
1916-2016
We performed the poem James Connolly. Ms Doyle's Class played the tin whistle and sang Grace.We watched Sixth Class perform a play on the events of the Easter Rising. We sang Amhrán na bhFiann and watched the Irish flag being raised.
Museum Visit
Beautiful and Natural Things Live Here.
On 29th March we visited the County Museum in Ballyjamesduff. Our poetry and artwork were on display there for the public to view. Well known wildlife commentator Éanna Ní Lamhna and botanist Heather Bothwell spoke to us about wildlife.
